SLOW CONTROLLED MOMENTUM FREE MOVEMENTS

These super effective and deceivingly challenging movements “wake up” the smaller stabilising muscles that are underutilised when larger muscles are constantly being used. They are also low impact ensuring little to no risk for injury and are perfect for beginners.

SLOW TWITCH MUSCLE FIBRES

Muscles working constantly under tension via slow, controlled momentum free movements, recruit your fat burning, slow-twitch muscle fibres. These are responsible for creating long, lean muscles, enhancing athletic performance and improving movement and flexibility for life.

COUNTER RESISTANCE
